Description of Project

The evaluation focus on several different aspects of the project as well as how each aspect contributed to the success of the whole project: • Training • M&E • Supplies Participatory approach adopted that included the project staff, trainees, EPR representatives and any other relevant stakeholders and beneficiaries deemed necessary for the integrity of the evaluation. The evaluation looked specifically at the following areas: a. Relevance and adequacy of the programme b. Efficacy c. Results to Resources coherency d. Methodology
