Description of Project

HPRO produced a report that assessed the quality and effectiveness of the training provided to laboratory technologists and students in the two hospitals, and the continuous training provided in the provinces. The evaluation also examined the relevance of the training projects to current and future stakeholders and it determined the current impact, future direction and needs of the training program. The methods used included reviewing project documents, reports, training plans and records as well as interviewing multiple stakeholders. In addition, the workings of the lab and the training were observed using an audit tool.
